Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta
Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.
Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy
- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.
- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.
- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.
- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.
This property has its own policies, please read carefull.
NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies, or common areas. ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING — this includes yards, terraces, and any outdoor spaces attached to or part of a Vacation Rental Property. If smoking takes place inside the property, you will be obligated to pay a $300 USD fine, and you may be evicted from the property.
OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 4 people in the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
Guest visitors must be registered with the Administration / Front Desk.
No OVERNIGHT visitors are allowed.
PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.
PETS
Dogs under 12kg are welcomed in the unit, please consider a $500 USD deposit (CASH) is required upon arrival and returned upon check-out after an inspection and no damage in the unit.
A cleaning fee may apply after the inspection.
Pets are not allowed in common areas.
NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM: Including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc. inside of the unit.
Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.
POOL & TOWELS POLICY
Please return the towels to the unit, every towel has a cost of $50 USD if lost/damaged.
The swimming pool may be used from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of owners, tenants, and registered guests who have been duly authorized at reception.
Proper swimwear is required to use the pool. No other type of clothing is allowed in the water.
The use of the POOL is at your own RISK.
Children under 6 years old are not allowed in the pool or jacuzzi area without direct adult supervision.
Diving is strictly prohibited due to the depth of the pool.
Food, objects, glass containers, and coolers are not allowed in the pool area.
Food consumption is only allowed in the palapa area, and only plastic cups may be used on the tables.
NO Pool Parties.
NO Running around the pool area.
NO Urinating in the pool. Please use the washrooms next to the pool.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE prior to using the pool.
PLEASE don't bring sand to the Unit.
PLEASE SHOWER or RINSE after the beach.
KEY POLICY
This unit has a keyless entry. Upon arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the unit during your stay. Your concierge will explain how to operate the smart lock.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS OF MARINA DEL REY CONDOMINIUM
Regulations for use and compliance by guests entering this Condominium.
To enter the Condominium, it is mandatory to register at the reception desk and present an official photo ID. In case you bring a vehicle, you must fill out a registration form with the vehicle details at reception. You will be given a yellow lock to access the parking lot (this lock must be returned at check-out, otherwise a charge of $100 pesos will be applied). Once registered, wristbands will be provided, which must be worn during your stay in the condominium.
The USE OR STORAGE OF ANY DRUGS in the units or common areas is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Anyone caught in such acts will be immediately reported to the authorities.
The maximum occupancy per unit is 4 people (including children). If the number of occupants exceeds the maximum capacity, an extra charge of $100 pesos per person per day will apply (previously authorized by PVRPV).
Only one vehicle per unit is allowed, subject to prior registration and availability of parking spaces.
Playing music inside your unit or on the unit’s terrace is allowed until 10:00 p.m. and must be kept at a moderate volume.
Throwing objects, running, or playing ball games in the common areas is not permitted.
The swimming pool may be used from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of owners, tenants, and registered guests who have been duly authorized at reception.

Music in the pool area must be kept at a moderate volume that does not disturb other guests.
Pets are not allowed in the pool or palapa area.
Reserving loungers, tables, or chairs in the pool area is not permitted.
