Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

NO SMOKING
No smoking inside the property, the unit, on the terraces / balconies.

OCCUPANCY POLICY
Maximum occupancy of 4 people in the unit.

VISITOR POLICY
Only guests registered and confirmed in your booking are allowed to occupy the unit.
The number of persons stipulated on the guest’s Booking and the confirmation email is the maximum number of people allowed to stay at the vacation property. If more guests arrive to stay / occupy than stated on the Booking Confirmation, they may be denied occupancy. In the event they are permitted to check-in an extra charge may apply.
Guest visitors must be registered with the Administration.
No overnight visitors are allowed.
Visitors cannot use the common areas.

PET POLICY
Sorry, no pets allowed in this unit.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS
NO HIGH VOLUME or NOISE AFTER 10:00 PM: Including Speakers, Music, Televisions, etc. inside of the unit.

GUEST KEYS
You will be issued 1 set of keys for each person noted on the Booking Confirmation. Keys must be returned in the same condition as received at the time of CHECK OUT.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you lose a set of keys the cost is $50USD ($1,000 pesos) for each lost-unreturned or damaged key or set of keys. Please have this fee prepared to be collected by the concierge at the time of check-out. This Fee is NOT covered by the guest damage insurance.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
Lots of communication with Javier on when someone would be meeting us to let us in. There is ZERO cell service near the condo, so communicate prior to arriving because someone has to let you in. Jesus was very nice explaining at Checkin . The pool was covered due to construction for 3 days. Construction was loud but didn’t start until 8. It was dirty in the stairwells and elevator because of the construction and paint. Pictures showed home well. Beach was awesome when we could get to it. The tide definitely limited being able to get onto the beach. This is why the no pool was a bummer. Nice place to lay out. Nice condo inside like the photos showed.


Mucha comunicación con Javier sobre cuando alguien se reuniría con nosotros para dejarnos entrar. Hay servicio celular CERO cerca del condominio, así que comunicarse antes de llegar porque alguien tiene que dejarte entrar. Jesús fue muy amable explicando en Checkin . La piscina estaba cubierta debido a la construcción durante 3 días. La construcción era ruidosa pero no comenzó hasta las 8. Estaba sucio en las escaleras y el ascensor debido a la construcción y la pintura. Las fotos mostraban bien la casa. La playa era impresionante cuando pudimos llegar a ella. La marea definitivamente limitado ser capaz de llegar a la playa. Es por eso que la piscina no era un fastidio. Bonito lugar para tumbarse. Bonito condominio en el interior como las fotos mostraron.
